Our newly built luxury apartment consists of second floor accomodation giving you extensive mountain views from the balcony, living area with sofa bed for occasional use sleeping a maximum of 6 people, dining area with table and chairs leading onto spacious balcony also with table and chairs for outside dining. Fully equipped fitted kitchen inc kettle, toaster, microwave, hob/oven, fridge freezer leading to utility room comprising of washing machine, sink, iron/ironing board, sun loungers, beach towels provided also. Leading onto second balcony. Double bedroom consists of double bed with drawers and bedside cabinet, fitted wardrobes and ensuite with bath/shower, b day toilet and sink and patio doors leading onto front balcony boasting magnificent views. Twin bedroom includes two single beds, bedside table with drawers and fitted wardrobes leading onto second balcony. Second bathroom consisting of toilet, shower and sink. The apartment also boasts private secure underground parking leading to lift which takes you directly to the door of the apartment. There is also a childrens play area which can be seen from the balcony. El Verger which is only 5 minute drive has a lovely safari park and holds markets on a Sat/Sunday. Pego is an ideal location for both couples and families giving you the choice of a relaxing holiday by the pool or the choice to see Costa blanca at your leisure with its lovely beaches and golf courses, nearest being in Oliva which is approx ten minute drive and Denia which boasts many restaurants and shops and a lovely marina or if you prefer Benidorm with its numerous fun parks only 40 minutes drive or why not visit Moraira, Altea or Calpe with its lovely beaches and many more places of interest. Nearest airports are Alicante and Valencia both approximately 1 hours drive to apartment. |

The apartments are newly completed in March 2008 and located on a new development in a small spanish town which has weekly markets, lovely beaches nearby, numerous golf courses and many places to visit. |
