There are 4 floors with four bedrooms, three bathrooms, two terraces with great views, fully-equipped kitchen, communal sitting area and utility room. The under floor heating and hot water is supplied by solar panels (with gas back up) taking advantage of the fantastic local climate. The house is in the centre of the village of Monachil within a couple of minute's walk of the local shop, restaurants, bars, banks and bus stop. Granada city centre is only 10 minutes by car and buses go every hour from the village taking only 25 minutes. Monachil is at the edge of Sierra Nevada National Park only 25 minutes drive from the ski resort. The mountains that surround the village are great for mountain biking, hiking, paragliding with Granada's top climbing area, Los Cahorros gorge, only 20 minutes walk away.
