Holiday Rental Apartment Description |
The new apartment (2008) is tastefully arranged and has a terrace with a small garden. The Living is app. 36m2, the bedrooms are 13m2 each and the terrace is 37m2.
The kitchen is completely arranged with a microwave oven, furnace, laundry machine and dishwasher. The bedrooms have each their own bathroom. The apartment has cold and warm air-conditioning system.
From the terrace you can enjoy deliciously the sunset with a view overlooking the golf course.
On the park there are 2 outdoor swimming pools and 2 children’s swimming pools present. There is also an indoor swimming pool, a sauna, a Turkish steam bath and a Jacuzzi. Also present is a tennis court.
These facilities you can use for free.
Animals are not permitted.
There are no children’s beds present.
The deposit amounts to € 150,00. The deposit will be reimbursed after inspection of the apartment on damages occurred during the rental period.
