The apartment is suitable for two people. It can accommodate an occasional guest on the bed sofa in the sitting room and is located on top of a Spanish Building in the centre of Fuengirola. It is a type of Mini-Penthouse (56 sqm. inside) with a very large terrace facing South (equipped with two sun beds, metallic round terrace glass top table/chair arrangement ) and has an impressive panoramic sea view. From the terrace one can overlook Fuengirola’s main church square - a very attractive view, particularly at night.
The main bus station as well as (underground) train station are in easy access. The train takes you to Malaga airport as well as into Malaga with all its interesting sightseeings. The buses take you along the sea direction Marbella (30 Min.) and further on to Algeciras/Gibraltar for modest fees. Tourist attractions are plentiful. The tourist office nearby offers all info material and a friendly service for everything in the way of entertainment as well bus and train schedules and lists, showing time and location of weekly colourful markets. Waterworlds, a Fuengirola Zoo, Wildlife Areas, day tours to Ronda, Nerja and many other charming towns will also make the time fly by. For keeping in shape and wellness there are several fitness clubs in the area. All amenities as well as supermarkets are only a few steps away. The same goes for the beach with its parasols and sun beds. The 1 bedroom has a French bed 160x200 (2x80 joint), 2 rustic plain wardrobes and two chests of drawers and a wall TV set.. The sitting room with its sliding doors to the terrace is equipped with a bed couch for an occasional guest, two comfortable armchairs an antique rustic type of small table/chairs set. It also has a TV-arrangement with Sat-TV. Reception of programmes in many languages including the free TV BBC- as well as ITV-programmes. The bathroom has been newly renovated. The kitchen has a new AEG ceramic hob, a fridge-freezer as well as a microwave. The apartment is fully equipped. There are towels, bed ware as well as an AEG top loader washing machine. The windows are exquipped with mosquito nets.
