The apartment complex is newly built and equipped to a luxury standard with marble floors, air-conditioning, en-suite bathrooms with hydro massage bath and shower, remote controlled window shutters, Siemens fitted kitchen, underground parking.
SPECIAL OFFER APARTMENT IS AVAILABLE FOR LONG LETS FROM 1st SEPTEMBER 08 TO 30th APRIL 09 FOR £750 PER MONTH. The apartment is 3 kilometres from the centre of Marbella in the exclusive Rio Real area. Fantastic views include the adjacent Rio Real golf course, communal swimming pool set in manicured lush tropical gardens and of mountains peppered with distant little white villages. The 5* Incosol Hotel and 5* Los Monteros Hotel are each less than a mile from the apartment. There are also communal sauna rooms on site. The living/dining room area is very spacious and has been very tastefully furnished. There are two sofas in the living area, one of which can become a comfy sofabed. The two bedrooms are each equipped with king size beds that can be separated to single beds. Each of the bedrooms has large fitted wardrobes. A travel cot and high chair can be made available if required. The master bathroom has a hydro massage bath, double sinks, wc, bidet and showever over bath. The second bathroom has a hydro massage shower and sink. There is a third wc with sink, located in the hall. The apartment has lifts to all floors, including the garage. The secure gated development has video entrance to the apartment. As the main recreational areas are enclosed it is perfectly safe for children.
