Holiday Rental Apartment Description

El Granero is one of several holiday rental properties at Molino la Ratonera, a recently opened holiday retreat set in a watermill in a lush river valley. The location of this mill, in the heart of rural inland Andalucia, southern Spain, is within easy reach of Granada with the Alhambra and Albaicin, Malaga, Seville and Cordoba and yet its rural situation provides a haven for wildlife and an excellent environment for walking, birdwatching or relaxing.
El Granero was rebuilt in the location of the grain store above the old 16th century mill room. El Granero has 2 bedrooms and a fully equipped bathroom with bath, shower and bidet. The spacious sitting room/dining area and kitchen are open plan and lead on to a large covered terrace overlooking the waterfall. The house is equipped for up to four guests with one double and one twin bedroom. The terrace is a beautiful place to sit and watch the varied wildlife in the river and woods. Its position, built into the rock and close to the river ensures that this house stays refreshingly cool in the hot summer months.
