Holiday Rental Apartment Description

Spacious 2 bedroom, two bathrooms, air conditioned apartment in Torreblanca, Fuengirola. Light living room with patio doors leading to a large, fully equipped balcony. The living room is equipped with sofa, relaxing chairs and dinning table to seat 6 people, satellite TV showing the ‘free to air’ UK channels, DVD and CD radio. Modern & fully equipped kitchen, with washing machine, oven, hob, fridge/freezer and all the appliances you would expect to find in your holiday home. Both the bedrooms have twin beds, and the Master bedroom has ‘en suite’ facilities and access to the main balcony.

There is underground parking and lift access to the apartment.

The pools are situated in the centre of the complex, making them easy to access. There is a large pool and an infant pool; both pools have a lifeguard in high season. There are also 2 tennis courts and a small children’s play area for your use.


The Location Shops, bars, restaurants and beautiful beaches are all within a short distance, whatever your age or tastes, there are numerous activities and local attractions to choose from. Perfect for family holidays, Monte Canada Apartments are also conveniently situated for golfers. With so many golf courses within easy reach.
Torreblanca and Carvajal railway stations are less than 2km from the Monte Canada complex. Trains run every 30 minutes into the bustling town of Fuengirola and along the coast to the vibrant city of Malaga. The line also links directly to Malaga airport (journey takes 30 minutes).
There is a regular bus service into Fuengirola and the neighbouring resorts of Benalmádena and Torremolinos, with bus stops a short distance from the complex.

Mijas Pueblo, one of the most picturesque ‘White Villages’ in the south of Spain, is a typical Andalucian village with narrow cobbled streets, flower decked balconies, intriguing shops and a vast choice of restaurants.

Nearby Fuengirola, is a well established family beach holiday resort, with beaches shops, bars, restaurant, entertainments, zoo and Aquapark.

Marbella an old, walled town enclosing Orange Square, surrounded by narrow lanes of exclusive shops, where you can sip fresh orange juice or chocolate and churros, whilst watching the world go by, or perhaps a glass of wine alongside the glamorous marina in Puerto Banus, where you might spot a famous face or tow.
Malaga, the origins of which go back to the Phoenicians and Greeks, still retains its Spanish charm with its original bodegas and tapas bars, with fascinating architecture, including the Cathedral and La Alcazaba, a Moorish fortress so lavishly appointed that it rivalled any of the principal Arabian palaces.

Travel inland, a pleasant journey through orange, lemon and olive groves or via a winding maintaining road, takes you to Rhonda perched high on a rock and divided into two parts by a 90 meter gorge, with its white washed Moorish houses, Arabian baths and one of the oldest Bullrings (1785) in Spain. The impressive Garganta del Chorro is a deep gorge where the Guardalhorce river flows, and beyond this the spectacular chasm to the ‘Spanish Lake District’

The choices are too numerous to mention, for a full day trip, it is possible to visit Nerja, Granada, Cadiz, Seville and Gibraltar. For the more adventurous, Tangiers is a short trip away by ferry or hydrofoil.
APARTMENT BOOKING DEPOSIT: Payment 50% at time orf confirmation, followed by balance settlement 6 weeks prior to arrival. CANCELLATION POLICY: A Full refund is onl applicable 6 weeks before arrival. NO refund is given after this period. Loss/Breakage Deposit. We will require a Holding deposit cheque of £100. to cover any loss of keys/breakages during your stay and returned after your holiday.
We offer a personal Meet & Greet for our personal agent who will show you to your apartment. Also we can arrange for you to be collected from Malaga Airport (approx. 40euros) and taken directly to Apartment. We can also arrange car hire for you too.
