This wonderful villa has every possible luxury to make your stay a memory that will last forever. With the huge pool, tennis court, jacuzzi and loads of outside space, you can’t fail to have fun. The location is very quiet yet within 5 minutes drive of the motorway and only 15 minutes drive of the beach. There are many good restaurants in the area, serving a variety of food and plenty of activities to suit all age groups. We are happy to pre-book activities such as horse riding, quad biking, fishing trips etc and are available to give directions/recommendations if needed. The accommodation comprises of: Porch and entrance hall with large marbled staircase leading to Master bedroom (upstairs) with double bed, wardrobes, dressing table, air-conditioning and double sofa bed. Doors out onto a good size balcony with sun loungers and superb country views. Bathroom with “his & hers” vanity sink unit, bath with shower, bidet and wc. Bedroom 2 (upstairs) with double beds, wardrobe and ceiling fan. Bedroom 3 (upstairs) with twin beds, wardrobe, dressing table, air-conditioning and ceiling fan. Bathroom with bath and shower, wc and basin. Bedroom 4 (ground floor) with bunk beds and single bed, chest of drawers, ceiling fan, TV/DVD player and Nintendo 64 games console with games, making this an ideal children’s room. Bedroom 5 (ground floor) with single bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers. Downstairs Shower Room with shower cubicle, wc and basin. Dining Room with dining table and seating for 8 and air-conditioning Good size, fully fitted kitchen with fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, oven and hob, corner sink and granite work surfaces. Large Lounge with 3 sofas, marble fireplace with gas fire, TV with Sky satellite package, DVD and video, air-conditioning. Doors leading out onto large patio terrace. Exterior Large private courtyard terrace with patio tables and chairs and umbrellas, BBQ and jacuzzi with built-in music system. Steps down to large pool terrace – 12m x 6m private swimming pool with roman end. Sun loungers and free-standing hammocks. (Pool heating is available for an extra charge of 300GBP per week – please enquire when booking). Outside lounge area/shelter with fire/bbq with seating and table & chairs. Beside the pool is a large conservatory with air-conditioning and heating, ceiling fan and cane furniture. Full size private tennis court. Outside toilet with wc and basin. Remote controlled awning to provide extra shade when needed. Attractive gardens with all round views surround the villa with various fruit trees including oranges, lemons, mangos and olives and many established native plants and trees There is ample parking on the large driveway for several cars. |
